On October 6, 2026 at approximately 6PM in Council Chambers 1333 NW Eastman Parkway and via zoom (see meeting agenda) www.greshamoregon.gov/agendas, the Gresham City Council will hold a public hearing on extending solid waste collection licenses for Gresham Sanitary Service, Hoodview Disposal & Recycling, Rockwood Solid Waste, Waste Connections of Oregon (dba Arrow Sanitary), and Waste Management of Oregon. The proposal would extend each solid waste collection license for residential, commercial services, and drop box services to October 8, 2033.

The agenda materials will be available on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, on the City’s website at www.greshamoregon.gov/agendas - as of 2 PM or may be requested by contacting Shannon Martin, Solid Waste & Sustainability Program Manager, at 503-618-2624 or
shannon.Martin@greshamoregon.gov.

Any interested person may provide testimony on the proposed extensions to Council during the public hearing provided they notify the City Recorder by 6 PM on Monday, October 5, 2026, via email 5at
