One (1) 2016 KEYSTONE “KYRV” 26’ travel trailer; VIN 4YDT21126GG102057, Plate No. R950431, located at 10649 N.E. 13th Avenue, Space No. 133, Portland, Oregon 97211 has been abandoned by Mr. Yi Chi Lo, along with miscellaneous personal property. All property is sold AS IS. Sale is by private bidding with sealed bids; the minimum bid is $4,580.93. High bidder must clean up RV and space, and remove RV and any remaining miscellaneous personal property promptly at high bidder’s expense. Community approval is required before entering into a rental or storage agreement. Sealed bids shall be delivered to Ms. Aly Edwards, Columbia River RV Park, 10649 NE 13th Avenue-Office, Portland, OR 97211. Bids shall be delivered no later than July 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
