One (1) 1978 “MODULINE” manufactured dwelling, Home ID No. 216446, Serial No. 245215242; located at 21100 NE Sandy Blvd., #70, Fairview, OR 97024, has been abandoned by The Estate of Cheryl Lee Smith, along with miscellaneous personal property, including a 2010 KIA Soul, Plate No. 013EPC, VIN KNDJT2A26A7099682. Manufactured dwelling, misc. personal property and vehicle are all sold AS IS. Sale is by private bidding with sealed bids. The minimum bid for the home and misc. personal property, but not the vehicle, is $4,131.33. The minimum bid for the vehicle is $3,530.00. High bidder must dispose of any remaining abandoned misc. personal property at high bidder’s expense. This amount does not include any property taxes owing for home, which are not to be included in the bid, but shall be paid separately by high bidder. Community approval is required before entering into a rental or storage agreement.
