NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ernest Carl Walter Kuntze has been appointed personal representative of the Estate of Mattie Anne Kuntze, Deceased, by the Circuit Court of Oregon, Marion County, Case No. 26PB03613. All persons having claims against the estate are required to present them to the personal representative at 610 Glatt Circle, Woodburn, Oregon 97071, within four months after the date of first publication of this notice or the claim may be barred.
