FIRST NOTICE OF BUDGET
COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of Molalla Rural Fire Protection District, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 will be held at 320 N. Molalla Ave., Molalla. The meeting will take place on the 20th day of May, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.

This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. In addition to in-person attendance, the meeting will be available for public access and comment by a phone conference connection at (503)759-0001, Participant Code 072424, and will be limited to three minutes per person. Public comment will also be taken in written form and will be read during the public comment section of the meeting. Written comment should be received by May 18th, 2026 by mail or e-mailed to
businessoffice@molallafire.org .
