NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING FOR THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF HUBBARD, OREGON
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Hubbard, Marion County, State of Oregon, where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The meeting will take place on May 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Hubbard City Hall, 3720 2nd Street, Hubbard. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget message and budget document, and to receive comment from the public on the proposed budget. A second meeting will take place on May 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., if needed. A copy of the budget document will be made available for review on the City’s website https://www.cityofhubbard.org, no later than May 7, 2026.
The budget meeting will be a hybrid meeting, with the option to attend in person at City Hall or via Zoom. Should you wish to speak during the public hearing portion of the meeting, you may sign up by completing the form on the City’s webpage at https://www.cityofhubbard.org/bc/webform/sign-if-y ou-want-speak-meeting or calling City Hall 48 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments may be provided in advance of the meeting by sending an email to vlnogle@cityofhubbard.org or mailing your written comments to PO Box 380, or 3720 2nd Street, Hubbard, Oregon 97032. If you desire to participate in the public hearing and are unable to provide written comments at least 48 hours in advance of the public hearing, please contact the City Recorder, Hubbard City Hall, 3720 2nd Street, Hubbard, OR 97032 (Phone No. 503-981-9633) prior to the scheduled meeting time.
