For sale to the highest bidder: a variety of household items and personal property and effects which have been abandoned by Fengying Wu and Haoyunlai LLC. Items include a leather couch, a wicker chair and pillows, a space heater, a twin mattress and stand, an air purifier, wooden chair and table, a microwave and other household goods, multiple massage tables, standing clothing rack, shower organizer, washer/dryer, and refrigerator. NOTE: OTHER APPLIANCES NOT INCLUDED. The items are being stored at 18400 SE Division #A, Gresham OR 97030 but are NOT available for viewing prior to bidding. Said personal property shall be sold by private bidding by sealed bid and in “AS IS” condition (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like). Bids must be delivered to TLC Division Property, LLC, at 18400 SE Division #A, Gresham OR 97030 at or before 5:00 p.m. on May 2, 2026, and must indicate the bid amount and contact information of the bidder. Bids must be for a single stated amount and not a range of amounts. The minimum bid shall be $500.00 to be paid in cash or cashiers’ check by purchaser. Upon confirmation of the winning bid, purchaser must promptly tender full payment and take possession of the personal property or said bid will be deemed void and the next highest bidder will be contacted.
