One (1) 1996 FLTWD manufactured dwelling, Plate number X239739, Home identification number 285730, Manufacturer’s serial number(s) WAFLT31AB14173WP13A / WAFLT31AB14173WP13B, with contents (if any) has been abandoned by Elin Friend. The home is located at 5193 Silver Loop, Spc 141, Salem, OR 97305 (sometimes referred to as 5193 Silver Loop, Salem, OR 97305 or 5193 Silver Loop NE, Spc 141, Salem, OR 97305). Sale shall be by private bidding, with sealed bids, and “as is” (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like). Bids must be for a specific stated dollar figure and must be delivered to: Copper Creek Estates MHP at 5270 Gold Dust Street, Salem, OR 97305, no later than 10am on the 4th day of May, 2026. The minimum bid shall be $11,661.71 which represents an opening bid by Copper Creek Estates MHP and which any winning bidder must match or exceed. Upon confirmation of the winning bid, the purchaser must promptly tender full payment in secured funds, only; money order, wire transfer, or cashiers’ check and promptly remove the dwelling from the manufactured home park unless a storage agreement can be promptly negotiated between the successful bidder and the Park. Future owner occupancy of the dwelling onsite would require successful application for tenancy, screening, and entry into a written rental agreement, none of which will be considered until after the sale is complete.
