METHVIN, a deceased individual, TAMI METHVIN, SHAWNRA METHVIN, AND ALL OTHERS UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE LIEN OR INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 262 NE 3RD ST, WILLAMINA, OR 97396-2762 is defendant.
