Sale of Abandoned Manufactured Home
One (1) 1996 Liberty manufactured dwelling, Plate number X246152, Home identification number 291056, Manufacturer’s serial number(s) 09L30906XU / 09L30906XU, with contents (if any) has been abandoned by Kristal Varela. The home is located at 1000 S McKern Ct, Spc 95, Newberg, OR 97132. Sale shall be by private bidding, with sealed bids, and “as is” (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like). Bids must be for a specific stated dollar figure and must be delivered to: Springbrook Estates at 1000 S. McKern Court #76-Office, Newberg, OR 97132, no later than the end of the day on the 27th day of April, 2026. The minimum bid shall be $17,301.92 which represents an opening bid by Springbrook Estates and which any winning bidder must match or exceed. Upon confirmation of the winning bid, the purchaser must promptly tender full payment in secured funds, only; money order or cashiers’ check and promptly remove the dwelling from the manufactured home park unless a storage agreement can be promptly negotiated between the successful bidder and the Park. Future owner occupancy of the dwelling onsite would require successful application for tenancy, screening, and entry into a written rental agreement, none of which will be considered until after the sale is complete.
