REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Michels Trenchless, Inc. is seeking proposals from Disadvantaged Business Certified Contractors for subcontracting opportunities for the Clackamas County – Bid 2026-11 – Bolton Force Main CIPP Lining project. We are soliciting quotes for the following items:Traffic Control, Bypass | Flow Control | Diversion, Excavation & Civil Work, Erosion Control, Landscape Restoration, Asphalt & Concrete Pavement Restoration, as well as any applicable items not listed. All quotations applicable to the construction of this project will be accepted and reviewed. All Disadvantaged Business Certified Contractors and Suppliers should contact our Estimator, Nick Frank at nfrank@michels.us with all questions pertaining to this project. All negotiations must be completed prior to close of business 3/12/26. Cost evaluation will be based on the lowest responsible quote. We are an equal opportunity employer.
