INVITATION TO BID (ITB)
The Port of Columbia County is accepting sealed bids for the Scappoose Airport Eastside Pavement Project. The project is advertised on our website beginning on March 5, 2026 at www.portofcolumbiacounty.org/1250/Re quest-for-Proposals with a three (3) week bid period.
Sealed bids must be received by the Port of Columbia County no later than 3:00 PM PST on March 26, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The contract is anticipated to be awarded by April 1, 2026.
