LEGAL NOTICE TO INTERESTED PERSONS.
Howard Rex Brittle has been appointed as the Personal Representative (the “PR”) of the Estate of Marilyn Ruth Allison, Deceased, by the State of Oregon, Crook County Circuit Court, in Case No. 26PB01221. All persons having claims against the estate must present the claims to the PR at C/O McCord & Hemphill, LLC, 65 NW Greeley Ave., Bend, OR 97703, within four months after March 3, 2026, which is the date of publication of this notice, or the claims may be barred. Additional information may be obtained from the Court, the PR, or the attorney for the PR: Brian T. Hemphill.
