Notice of Proposed Final Order for
Groundwater Registration Modification T-13362
T-13362 filed by Osprey Corner LLC, PO Box 4967, Kansas City, MO 64120, proposes an additional point of appropriation and a modification in place of use under Registration Application GR-2193 (Certificate of Registration GR-2098). The registration allows the use of 360 gallons per minute from a well in Sec. 14, T10S, R3W, WM for irrigation in Sec. 14, T10S, R3W, WM. The applicant proposes an additional point of appropriation within Sec. 14, T10S, R3W, WM and to change the place of use to Sects. 13 and 14, T10 S, R3W, WM. The Water Resources Department proposes to approve the modification, based on the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-382-1000.
Any person may file, jointly or severally, a protest or a request for party status. Protests must be received by the Department on or before 7/24/2026. If no protests are filed, the proposed final order will become a final order 33 days after the protest period ends, without any further action by the Department.
