Notice of Proposed Final Order for
Groundwater Registration Modification T-13360
T-13360 filed by Osprey Corner LLC, PO Box 4967, Kansas City, MO 64120, proposes additional points of appropriation and a modification in place of use under Registration Application GR-207 (Certificate of Registration GR-192). The registration allows the use of 600 gallons per minute from Wells #3 and #4 in Sec. 14, T10S, R3W, WM for irrigation in Sec. 14, T10S, R3W, WM. The applicant proposes additional points of appropriation in Sec. 14, T10S, R3W, W.M. and to modify the place of use within Sec. 14, T10S, R3W, WM. The Water Resources Department proposes to approve the modifications, based on the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-382-1000.
Any person may file, jointly or severally, a protest or a request for party status. Protests must be received by the Department on or before 06/24/2026. Call (503) 986-0935 to obtain additional information. If no protests are filed, the proposed final order will become a final order 33 days after the protest period ends, without any further action by the Department.
