The court case number is 25CV10936 filed out of the Yamhill County Circuit Court, where RIVER MARK COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION, an Oregon state chartered credit union is the plaintiff and MARVIN KENNETH COX, DECEASED; MARGARET LOUISE COX, AN INDIVIDUAL; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AND/OR DEVISEES OF MARVIN KENNETH FOX, DECEASED; GOODLEAP, LLC; THE UNITED STATES SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SERVICE LINK; JOHN DOE(S) AND/OR JANE DOE(S), THE OCCUPANTS(S) OF 1404 E 8TH STREET, NEWBERG, OR 97132; AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, LIEN, OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT HEREIN is defendant.
