Notice of Proposed Final Order for
Groundwater Registration Modification T-14252
T-14252 filed by Willamette Tree Wholesale, c/o Ray Gannon, 3491 Brooklake Rd, Clackamas, OR 97015, proposes a modification in point of appropriation under Registration Application GR-3046 (Certificate of Registration GR-2852). The registration allows the use of 159.2 gallons per minute from a well in Sec. 13, T6S, R3W, WM for irrigation in Sec. 13, T6S, R3W. The applicant proposes to move the point of appropriation within Sec. 13, T6S, R3W, WM. The Water Resources Department proposes to approve the modification, based on the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-382-1000.
Any person may file, jointly or severally, a protest or a request for party status. Protests must be received by the Department on or before [30 days after WRD notice, June 24, 2026]. Call (503) 986-0935 to obtain additional information. If no protests are filed, the proposed final order will become a final order 33 days after the protest period ends, without any further action by the Department.
