Notice of Proposed Final Order for
Water Right Transfer T-14196
T-14196 filed by Stephen Gillen and Donn Whistler, 71200 SE Paulina Suplee Hwy, Paulina, OR 97751, proposes an additional point of appropriation under Certificate 93438. The right allows the use of 2.44 cubic feet per second from a well in Sec. 11, T17S, R23E, WM for irrigation in Sects. 10 and 11, T17S, R23E, WM. The applicant proposes an additional point of appropriation within Sec. 11, T17S, R23E, WM. The Water Resources Department proposes to approve the transfer, based on the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-380-5000.
Any person may file, jointly or severally, a protest or a request for party status. Protests must be received by the Department on or before March 26, 2026. If no protests are filed, the proposed final order will become a final order 33 days after the protest period ends, without any further action by the Department.
