In the Matter of the Rate Adjustments for ) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Food, Pool, and Lodging Licenses and Services ) PUBLICATION in Columbia County. )
1. The Board of County Commissioners will hold a hybrid public hearing on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at or after 10:00 a.m. from the John Gumm Building and Civic Center, 251 St. Helens Street, St. Helens, Oregon 97051.
2. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the proposed 16% rate increase for food, pool, and lodging licenses and services for residents and businesses in Columbia County, Oregon, effective November 14, 2025. The proposed fee schedule is available on the County’s website at
www.columbiacountyor.gov/departments/BoardofCommissionersOffice/Hearings
3. This is a public hearing. Interested parties may appear and be heard. Columbia County does not discriminate on the basis of disability and will provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with the County’s ADA Policy. To request accommodations or to review the County’s ADA Policy, please contact the Board of Commissioners’ Office at 503-397-4322.
