T-Mobile is planning to collocate antennas and associated equipment on an existing approximately 122-foot tall (overall height) monopole telecommunications tower located at 57251 Old Portland Road, Warren, Columba County, OR 97053 (45° 49’ 35.85” N, 122° 50’ 36.02” W). Eocene is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
