Clackamas County intends to amend its
2022-2026 Consolidated Plan in the following manner:


Program Year 2023-2024 (2023 Action Plan)

(2023/0002) 23-24 Estacada Senior Center Building Improvements. The CDBG funds allocated for this project is increased by $75,000. The additional funds will allow for increased project management staffing costs and additional building improvements work. The total amount of CDBG funds allocated to this project will be $175,000. No other project will be impacted by this amendment.

Program Year 2024-2025 (2024 Action Plan)

(2024/0009) FY24-25 Sandy Community Action Center ADA Bathroom project budget will be increased by $40,000. The project involves building improvements including an ADA Bathroom in a facility serving low income clients with services, food and clothing. The additional funds will allow for increased project management staffing costs and additional building improvements work. The new allocated amount of CDBG funds for this project will be $90,000. No other project will be impacted by this amendment.
