THROUGH PERMISSIVE COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, Oregon (the “County”), intends to award a contract pursuant to an invitation to bid issued by Deschutes County, Oregon. The contract is for chip seal oil material and delivery and the estimated amount of the contract is $530,000. The County intends to award the
contract to Albina Holdings, Inc. dba Albina Asphalt at the regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners to be held on July 30, 2025 in the Commission Meeting Room
at 66 SE D Street, Madras, Oregon. Comments regarding this procurement may be delivered to Jefferson County, Attn: Alexa Gassner, 66 SE D Street, Madras, OR 97741 OR emailed to alexa.gassner@jeffersoncountyor.gov. The deadline to comment on the award of this contract is 5:00 p.m. on July 24, 2025.
