PROPOSAL: 1. Accessory Dwelling Units on Rural Residential Lands (File PA-22-1): Amending the Jefferson County Zoning Ordinance to reflect the allowance for the siting of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) on Residentially zoned lands.

The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on the proposed plan amendment on August 6, 2025 at 11:00 am in the Board of Commission meeting room located at 66 SE “D” Street.
