The court case number is 24CV57659. The case is entitled: GATEWAY TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, an Oregon nonprofit corporation, Plaintiff v KIYONE CHERRY PEARL, fka TORN H. SAECHAO, an individual; WELLS FARGO, N.A.; MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC; MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT, INC.; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; and PARTIES IN POSSESSION OR CLAIMING A RIGHT TO POSSESSION, Defendants. The sale is a public auction to the highest bidder for cash or cashier’s check, in hand, made payable to Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office.
