Notice is hereby given that ANNETTE LANGE HILDERBRAND has been appointed and has qualified as the Administrator of said estate. All persons having claims against said estate are hereby required to present the same, with proper vouchers, within four (4) months after the date of first publication of this Notice, as stated below, to the Administrator at: ANNETTE LANGE HILDERBRAND, c/o DONALD V. REEDER, LLC, Attorney at Law, 35 SE C Street, Suite E Madras, Oregon 97741, or they may be barred.
The decedent died without a Will, and therefore, no Will has been admitted to probate. Any interested person having a claim against this estate must present said claim(s) at any time ithin four months after the date a delivery or mailing of the Information described in ORS 113.145 or four months after the first publication of Notice to Interested Persons, whichever is later.
All persons whose rights may be affected by the proceedings in this estate may obtain additional information from the records of the Court, the Administrator, or the attorney for the Administrator.
