Support Services Manager, Lantern US, Portland, OR, F/T, fully remote job in metro areas of Denver, CO, Atlanta, GA & Portland, OR only. Responsible for quality of services delivered to clients through managed services program using SharePoint, SQL Server & Azure environments. Schedule local/remote staff scheduling 24/7 & improve existing managed services program. Develop strategy & implementation of policies/procedures to achieve service levels. Create client reports on service activity. Requires: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science + 2 yrs of experience in IT project management roles with skills: leading technical professionals in matrix organization; managing remote/offshore resources; using PagerDuty or similar software; Microsoft technologies (SharePoint/Office365/SQL Server/Azure/Active Directory.
